This album is about different takes on life ranging from global warming to mental health and about my family.

It's been a hard year for me, I have struggled with mental health problems over the year. Producing this album with Benny at Chime Creation Centre has kept me going and helped me keep up a positive attitude towards my music and my life.

I felt that it was important with this album to write and sing about a range of challenging topics.
